Plot is inspired from the English/French movie.
This one of the first major Hindi movie about the live-in relationship. Hero is living with his girlfriend happily when she gets pregnant. This breaks the relationship as hero does not want the child and marriage, whereas his girl friend wants to have the baby. During this whole nine months the relationship goes through breakup and finally they again started loving each other.
